I bought Asprey's upgraded coffee.  It was good coffee, but I couldn't notice any performance difference compared to the coffee I drink, but for both health and taste, don't consume crappy coffee and grind your own beans.  I think he has said that his coffee is for people really sensitive to mycotoxins, which are heavily present in coffee.  I still like his site though and I think his info is pretty good.On whey concentrate, really unless you are lactose intolerant, I see no reason to consume whey isolate, I never got the obsession in the fitness community with whey isolate.  The usable carb difference is not that much and you really shouldn't be using protein powders in high amounts when you are ULC anyway.  I do speculate that though that whey concentrate does have more health benefits to whey isolate, simply because it really doesn't take much to process whey into whey protein concentrate, but to go from concentrate to isolate, the processing is rather intense.Hydrosolates I believe are worth the money as just a little bit can really improve the insulin response and protein synthesis to a meal.  In my opinion, ditch the isolate, buy concentrate and use the money you saved to buy some hydrosolates.  The exception would be if you are a newb in the gym, where I would just take whey, leucine, and dextrose. Here is a good study on hydrosolateshttp://www.nutritionandmetabolism.com/content/6/1/38

Could not agree more, both on the coffee and the whey.
