I was in a similar place before i start CBL two weeks ago. Unfortunately I was actually trying to add some weight but do not know if I have been carb loading enough. I have been getting leaner by the day and my strength is progressing fast, but lost 7 lbs in the last two weeks which i thought would be impossible while slamming a PWO shake 50g protein – isolates/hydrolysates 50+ grams dextrose; then usually 8oz lean meat/fish, green vegetable, lots of rice/sweet potatoe/red skin mashed potatoe, 2 organic white bread organic PB sangwiches (4 servings of PB), then carby dessert cookies, ice cream, etc. My ULC part of the day is on point, AM accelerator to start the day + another coffee; lean meat + broc late am; lean meat and veggie again around 2; accelerator before the gym.Any advice on if i am eating enough to grow while still shedding bf%?Started CBL Monday - 227 w/ 11-13% (al rough figures as i never trust digital scales) Currently sitting at 220lb w/ 9-10%Goal is to be Superhuman - but i'd settle for 230 @ 6% bf and hulk like strength. Any suggestions on how to dial CBL in are a greatly appreciated.

I think you might want more of a modified CNS if your trying to get extremely low BF %  And btw - i wouldn't call 10% stuck  LOL

1gram per lb of lean body weight for protein and fat I always get a 1:1 ratio

1pm - 6-8oz of lean meat, low-carb veggie - broc or red bell pepperWhere is the fat on your 1pm meal?  If this is the ULC part of your day i would incorporate an equal amount of fat, or at least  a bit more fat than protein.  Do you like turkey bacon better?  i prefer regular bacon

I agree. I got down to around 7 or 8% using a modified CNS. Trained Mon Tues Fri Sat. And HIIT on Wed and Sun. I would backload after the Tues and Sat. workouts and then do an HIIT session the morning after the backloads. That got me down to a weight of about 168 and since then, over the last 3.5 months I have backloaded up to 180-185 lbs

Were you able to keep bodyfat in check while CBLing upt to your new weight?  Whether yes or no, where are you BF-wise at the higher bodyweight?

How did you measure your BF and determine you were around 7 to 8% BF?

The bodpod said I was 6% (5.97) but I thought that seemed a little low. I know it can be +/- 2% so I figured 7 or 8 was more likely

Where did you find a bipod and how much was it? Thanks.

Heck no! I love me some real bacon!I guess since i came from a very lean diet prior to this i'm still adjusting to being able to eat good tasting food again lolAny suggestions on how to dial this diet in are helpful, i really wanted to gain weight for like 2-3 months then switch to something more like CNS. Feel like i am not eating enough though but don't want to over do it.
