You do the exercise as is. If it calls for 8 reps you do 8 reps and the 9th should damn near impossible to accomplish. Like DB Bench Press on Back Day, get your 2 sets of 10 reps and no more. Meaning the weight should be heavy!
Ok thanks. Also is there any info on the HD hybrid workout because it says look in the STS one for info on the PSR, ELECT, and NEG in which it has the info on the PSR and ELECT but not the NEG, and sorry for all the questions.
