Hello!I´ve heard the last couple of years that EAA is superior pre and postworkout, but when I read carbbackloading I got the feeling hydrolyzed whey/casein is a better choice. I´ve tried to search for more info but couldn´t find anything reliable.Anybody knows what´s best?

    The latter, combine with Leucine.

Ditto, in fact if you're looking for the ultimate in a Custom Protein Mix try out the guys @ The Protein Factory. Reasonable prices with Made to Order Protein. Just add your flavor, extra Leucine and other options, starting at around $12.99/lb. I currently have 12lbs of the OptiPep Hydrolyzed Whey Isolate with the Optional Leunox Leucine Peptides.*pass it forward if you think their stuff ROCKS, I am!http://proteinfactory.com/shop/Hydrolyzed-Whey-Protein-Optipep/Ps. They also have pure Maltodextrin, Carbs and other cool blends available.
