jrussoMemberHow do you know when you are eating enough on this diet? I never feel hungry at all, so its difficult to eat when not hungry. How do you know what you have eaten too much? Any help would be appreciated…

jrussoMemberwow, maybe that is why my sleep has been suffering lately- not eating enough. I know that when I stopped working out for that month and a half, I slept wonderful. I just started working out last week and my sleep has been horrible. Maybe I need to eat more? Maybe my body is getting used to exercising again?Thoughts?

That sounds like overtraining possibly too.

I wouldn't do any more than one HIIT session when you are on Carb Nite and make it either the day after or two days after your Carb Nite.

FairyGuestI know I've said this a million times, but please hear me out. Your body knows EXACTLY how much you need to eat and will tell you if you just pay attention.Your body is far more intelligent than any scale or method of calculating grams of macros. Start thinking with your body. Get in touch with it and let it tell you what it needs.

jrussoMemberanother question, I have mentioned tihs before, but i only have 10lbs weights at home which is not going to do much in terms of gaining muscle or depleting glycogen stores. Should I use the weights and do HIIT afterwards? I just really need to tighten up my arms ans everywhere for that matter!Suggestions?

jrussoMemberFairy,Thank you for the suggestion. I actually used to do BodyRock when Zuzanna was doing it. I was in good shape until I got pregnant and really could not do it anymore after a certain point either. Do you think that it will help with building some lean muscle?
