hey folks.. So do you think this will work? I am currently 184 lbsmaybe about 11 percent body fat, i was just going to back load until i reach 200lb, and then eat maintenance calories with the hope of dingbat ways but losing some fat. I would cycle calories so that they will lower on rest days and no carb also on rest days.any feedback? Has anyone done anything similar to this
You're going to try to gain 16 pounds? I hope you plan on doing this in at least a years time, otherwise you will just end up gaining a whole bunch of fat and water.
