I just realized it's been a year on carb nite (with a couple of 1-2 week breaks for holidays and vacations). Amazing!Anyway, tonight I had a BBQ burger (1/3 pound) and it tasted soooo good I had another one :/...along with a couple of pieces of cheese and 6-7 slices of bacon. I'm stuffed!I am 5'7 and about 125-130 lbs, so it is definitely too much food for me. Is it at all helpful to do any kind of extra exercise the day after overindulging on an ULC day?
Trying to “work off” food you ate is a bad habit to get into trust me… But it would be just like any other kcal in vs. kcal out situation. I wouldn't worry about it though. One day in a surplus won't kill progress, esp if you remained under the 30g carb limit. Just forget about it and try not to do it too often! ;D
+1 ^, but also I want to add that if I want to feel a bit better about anything I may have indulged in the previous night, I feel HIIT fixes everything, including my brain worrying about things like this.
