I know there have been other posts about this but most involved talking about combining the two.I am just wondering which one is more effective for FAT BURNING? The EC stack is great for appetite suppression but I dont need help with that... I am counting calories and do not stray. So does anyone know if the EC stack is a better fat burner than the nicotine outline Kiefer suggests? Or is it just praised like crazy on BB.com because they are all about about cutting calories and the EC stack helps with hunger...Thoughts?
I've never found the EC stack useful, I do notice that it's easier for me to stay leaner when trying to gain and using nicotine even with weight increases, and I felt I lost fat a bit faster when trying to cut. Maybe not much faster though.
