If this has been covered, I apologise. Could someone send me the link to the post, Please!?Here is the situation:I have been on CNS for over a year now and never have given CBL a good 6 months or so. I am pretty much fearful of doing it wrong and gaining too much fat by doing CBL.So my question is how would a time line look like in terms BL per week? ie. 2 BL/week for 2 weeks and then 3 BL/week...I am currently doing shockwave and loving it. 4 resistance days and I would like to do a maximum of 1 HIIT a week(does that seem reasonable with CBL?)Eventually I am hoping to backload all 4 training days( Can a person BL on all Shockwave training days?)Any advice will be welcome!

It's not the backloads per week, it's the carbs per backload that matters.  If you give me your height, weight, goals, and gender I can recommend a starting point.

I am 190 pounds, 5'11" and Male. I would like to build  a classic cover model look, don't know if that is possible, because it just feels like I am struggling with CNS to do that. I don't know my BF%, but here is a pic and maybe you can estimate for me. Did bod pod couple of weeks and resulted me being 17%, but I felt it is was abit high. Or maybe  am just naive....Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Backload after every workout.  Start with 200 g per backload.  I'm sure you will be able to determine your ULC nutrition yourself.

In terms of fat I want to keep it under 40g before BL, would that be OK?

That would be the minimum you would want to take in.  If anything you would want to take in more.
