Tex beat me to it… Yes increase the weight each set, 5 sets of 3 reps with as little rest as possible. Make sure to always start on the lighter side

how effective is it for muscle building. Im getting down to around 14-15% bodyfat from 20% on Carb Nite. Want to start to bulk now as I've never really been one having a bit of mass on me.I've heard that starters get good gains initially and then it will be a bit harder to put on mass on top that.

Its pretty good look at the SW Heavy Duty for hypertrophy

Please correct me if Im wrong, but to my understand PSR is like drop sets, but you are increasing the weight and staying within the same rep range. ELECT is a set of negative reps. Is this a correct description of PSR and ELECT?

Pretty much. I'll make it easier to explain. The ELECT is the rep style, each rep you slowly lower the bar, at the turn around point (usually when you push/pull back up) you release then tension but before you drop the bar on your too far you explode back to the starting point. The PSR increases the weight after 3 reps. You can do it by feel for accessories and/or increase the weights for the mains by 65/70/75/80/85%
