So for the first 10 days of ULC of CBL, should I lift? I plan on doing Starting Strength during CBL, but would this be a protocol I would want to do for the 10 day ULC?Thank you.
i'd either just take that time off or doing something with low intensity.. you could start SS just not push yourself very hard.. i'd just wait though but really up to you and how you feel during the time.. some people make the switch to ULC a lot easier than others
SS wouldn't be too bad. I would carefully watch how you're feeling day to day. Have you looked at SW? You could train everyday with that and structure it to you while being ULC.
