+1, this will be invaluable. Taking pictures is also a must. On those days when you're calculations and watching numbers on a scale start to frustrate you...it's bound to happen...then take another picture. Often times things have really improved but the numbers don't show it.

Cory McCarthyMemberSo it's fast approaching that time of the year when we look back and contemplate on what was 2012 and start looking forward to an amazing 2013.Being a target-driven individual I like to set myself goals and my 'end goal' for CNS is to get my BF under 15%. Currently it is approximately 35% so this is quite a significant goal however I am wondering if this is too big of a target for 2013?Quick calc:232 lbs now, 35% BF.= 180 lbs LBM.Therefore to get under 15% BF I would need to lose 35 lbs of fat next year.I know some people are losing up to 1lb BF per week but I haven't seen those sorts of results so far. How does this look with regard to a target? I like a challenge but I don't want to just start pulling numbers out the air.Muchos muchos gracias, como siempre x
On my first cycle of CNS, 6 months, I averaged 1 lb. of fat loss a week. I lost a total ~26 lbs. of fat.Currently on my 2nd cycle of CNS, and I've lost 2 lbs. a week (thus far). I am sure that will taper down. You don't want to lose more than ~2 lbs. a week, b/c you might begin tapping into muscle.Cory

Cory McCarthyMember…I should add that my results might be higher b/c I carry a lot of muscle, as well.I currently train like so:M - PM HIIT cardio (3-4 hours from previous meal), no lifting.T - Leg DayW - Full restT - Push DayF - Full restS - Pull Day, CN after 4pm.S - AM HIIT cardio (full fasted), no lifting....I train Power-Bodybuilding. I rest 60-90 sec. btw. sets, based on studies linking this to higher Testosterone output (which will accentuate fat burning). I do no more than 24-27 working sets per lifting session, and I try to get out of the gym within 60-90 minutes. My various logs explain the rest, and this, in more detail. As for genetics... yep, "Viking" Irish (southwestern coastal Ireland). Blonde-haired, blue-eyed, fair-skinned. I have a thick build, and a propensity for putting on muscle. That said, anyone can burn fat and build muscle, if they push, and work with what hands they were dealt.Cory

+1!Even if you don't feel like taking pictures now DO IT. You will be so pleased that you did. Sometimes I look in the mirror and think 🙁 I'm fat. I've been dieting for a whole year, and I'm still fat. — And then I look at my progress photos and it puts everything in perspective.
