I also get the major hunger pangs the day after carb nite.Hey Tex, that's cool to hear you're happy with results. I just keep getting bigger and heavier since starting CNS but I don't think I'm putting on bodyfat so I'm happy enough. I have bumped to CBL two nights a week now (Wed and Sun) and am not taking in quite as many carbs as I did on my weekly CNS re-feed. Strangely, I had stopped getting the night sweats on my carb nights and then they returned on my first night of CBL (with less carbs).
Appreciate it man. I don't get night sweats either. I get hot, where I don't need a blanket but I can't sleep either. Pretty much toss and turn a lot.
