Hey,Been working out since high school. Not seriously. Took it serious about 7-8 years ago and have seen some good results.Do a lot of Olympic Lifts and CrossFit style met cons.Am determined to get the body I want.Here to learn as much as possible about Carb Back Loading before diving it.Male187-191 lbsSquat - 370Deadlift - 465Clean and Jerk - 225Snatch - 165 (brutally awful)Want to lean up and get strong.Appreciate all the help.
How is your progress? I have very similar #s in the gym, and I do Crossfit 3-4 days a week. Started at 335# two years ago now at 290# and dropping after a few weeks of CNS. A friend of mine is having great success with CBL as well. Curious if you've had progress with dropping BF and/or improving your lifts...
