    Hey everyone,

Simple question: I have a very difficult time losing fat, I gain muscle and fat extremely easily, but the fat is very hard to get off me. I’m thinking of eating less than 100 grams of carbs for my backloads twice a week, does anyone have some helpful criticism or advice? Don’t worry about the fat & protein, I’ve got that covered through several sources. Just need advice from someone with a similar situation as myself.

    THANK YOU!

I would suggest using your LBM to determine carb amounts, and if 100g of carbs is around your LBM then that might be ideal.
