Feedback on my plan for my first carb nite

    Hey everyone. I have finally put together a meal plan for my first carb nite coming up on wednesday Just wanted to drop it here and get some feedback. I have no idea how my body is going to react to all this. With that said I am sure I will have to tweek this and that to get it to respond the right way but here is my first go at it. Carb nite from 3pm to 11pm. 3pm - lean protein and probably mashed potatoes (im thinking like some mashed potato muffin cups its like potatoes, butter, sour cream, cheese. bacon bits.)5pm - 6:30  work out 7 - 2 bagels w cream cheese and a protein shake9 - home made pizza roll tins w/a big piece of carrot cake. post carb nite5:00am wake up around 6 or 7 have a cup of coffee with some heavy whipping cream then eat my first meal around 9 or 10am then continue about my ULC meals.

    Can you not workout before you start CN?  That is optimal and you shouldn't workout mid-CN.  If you can't workout at 3:30, then just wait and start CN after your workout with the shake and bagels.  You just need 3 quality spikes and you don't have to eat for exactly 8 hrs.  You could still get in some smaller spikes.  6:30ish, 9:30, 11:30, just eat smaller at 9:30.

    Yeah I could skip my workout that day it wouldnt be a problem. 11 is about as late as i can stay up with my job. so i guess i will start at 3 and just skip the workout.

    That's probably best if you can't start CN later but eat smaller to get the spikes in.
