Would like a little insight on your training experience and how long you have been lifting.    Even a complete noob with bad form and a shit-diet can grow!

Yeh sure, I was lifting for about 6 months but I had to have a break because I was studying so I went to a home workout. Now I'm just getting back into it. The routine you see about it mainly a mix of lazar angelov and zyzz routine, it's was very simple to follow and I feel comfortable doing it.

Looks good.  The only recommendation I would have is that you do more hamstring work.  Do you have a roman chair or setup of for 45 degree back raises?

Thanks for your help, yes I do. What exercise and when should I add that in?

I would just add some back raises.
