    So im in the latter part of my prep phase, and I should be getting my leucine today.Question #1In the prep phase, after weight lifting, is it advised to still supplement with 5g leucine and hydro iso whey in a PWO shake to induce the insulin response?Question#2When I do begin backloading, if I am trying to lean down, is it more optimal to to do 2 meals, or just 1 with larger amount of carbs if I can stomach it?

    1:  Yes.2:  Stick to cleaner, fast carbs.  With maybe one sizable dessert.  First meal should be higher carb / protein, lower fat.  Stop 1-2 hours before going to bed.Cory

    Yes, I knew that, but most ppl do a shake and 2 meals, my question is would it  best to do a shake, and then one larger meal?

    You could try it, but I'd stick with the two meals.  People are still losing fat on CBL.I ate like a fat bastard when I did a month of CBL DB in March.  I gained muscle and still LOST two pounds of fat.  8)When I say "ate like a fat bastard", I am not lying or exaggerating.Cory

    Give it 45-90 minutes from your post-workout shake.  That isn't CBL talking, that is just bodybuilding knowledge.Cory

    haha nice. No I did a pseudo CBL for 3 wks in early summer, did it wrong, no prep phase, some whole grains, sugar, HFCS, and i still think i got leaner....thats why im pretty excited to start it for real!

    So i messed up, I only got my hydro whey iso today from Proteinfactory.  I wouldn't see why not, but still a go for using it PWo while in the prep phase?Sry I am being the he out of this question, but this far into my prep phase, I dont feel like screwing things up......and just to clarify, the amount of HWI used? Thanks again.
