What is the consensus regarding supplementing with fiber? Typically with CBL I don't get a lot of actual fiber grams if I am not supplementing. However my bowel movements seem to be fine overall. In fact it seems sometimes like when I add fiber supplements that I get more backed up. Typically I get some roughage from Broccoli and Spinach but that is about it. Occasionally from the bedtime shake I get some as well.From a health standpoint is this truly necessary? I know some Paleo people stress more gut health and fats versus using the fiber supplements. How concerning is it if your fiber grams hover around 10 g per day on this diet assuming you're shitting regularly?
