Thanks ibobAnd in regards to challenge - challenge away. Some advice is accurate and some is not and some is outdated so it's good to question anything that doesn't make sense. My response would have been the same as ibob but I wasn't aware of the Monday night suggestion - makes sense.

If I look at the book and see the Back-Loading examples with a 10am Training it shows a back load in the PM.. it is the soft copy page 318/327.

yeah – about p318. I'm not sure if those are accurate meal plans generically. When he says weight maintainance maybe it's for DB or just weight maintainace (not losing) or feeling lethargic at workouts = add some carbs at night. I'm not really understanding that part…maybe I have to read back further. But from what I gathered in the book and the forums, you wouldn't backload the night AFTER a morning workout unless you were working out the NEXT morning….327 is CBL after evening training, which you should do...p.175 and 162-164 are what I'm referencing. This changes how we define an off-day. We no longer define a dayoff as a day without training. An off-day is a day when you don’ttrain the next morning. Remember, carb ingestion is to replenishglycogen for the next-day’s training session. Therefore, eat carbs oneach night preceding a fasted-A.M. training session.

The meal plans are very confusing.  The meal plan you referenced is not fasted training.
