When he says weight maintainance maybe it's for DB or just weight maintainace (not losing) or feeling lethargic at workouts = add some carbs at night. I'm not really understanding that part…maybe I have to read back further. But from what I gathered in the book and the forums, you wouldn't backload the night AFTER a morning workout unless you were working out the NEXT morning….327 is CBL after evening training, which you should do...p.175 and 162-164 are what I'm referencing.This changes how we define an off-day. We no longer define a dayoff as a day without training. An off-day is a day when you don’ttrain the next morning. Remember, carb ingestion is to replenishglycogen for the next-day’s training session. Therefore, eat carbs oneach night preceding a fasted-A.M. training session.
