Looking forward to it, going to weigh myself in the morning to find out much I have lost to decide on how many carbs to start off with as a base line. So random question but would White bread and nutella be a great Hi GI carb intake? As would love to have them as a treat on backloading?
Wheat however isn't the ideal thing to backload with, a couple of slices of white bread maybe, but not as a staple really (unless you're one of the lucky few whom gluten doesn't affect whatsoever)
