Been doing the orientation for the past 9 days, lost about 5.5lbs.Before starting I was 153 at about 9% bf...(full 6 showing, veins in lower stomach, striations in chest etc)Currently in the middle of My first carb nite and currently at about 330g carbs! Had jasmine rice, 4 chocolate brownies, 60g dextrose (pwo) and a bunch of mashed potato! Got a full tub of ben and jerrys in the freezer but I'm so full and so tired :/ It's going down the hatch though!Do you think a carb nite at every 5th night would be more benficial with how lean I am already? I'm going on vacation in 4 weeks and want to be as lean as possible!
