    Looks fine to me man! The co or butter is fine at bed which ever you prefer

    okay I think Im gonna go with the butter because its probably a little bit slower digesting then the oil.

    yup may keep you fuller longer and you sleep better, just try both see what you prefer!

    My casein has 1gm of sugar from cane sugar. If I add cinnamon and the fats then I shouldn't have anything to worry about right? Or should I just throw that out?
