I've started my first 10 days of CN. Yesterday on day 7, I had about 100 grams of Carbs, due to circumstances and available decent food choices. Will this screw up my body's fat burning during the 10 days. I'm scheduled for my first carbnite on Wed. Should I go another day or two with 30g of total carbs? I weighed myself in the morning and was up .5 lbs. I don't have the book, but I've been using the Carb-Night instructions off this site.thanks
