Fitting CBL into my schedule

    Hello,
    I have question about fitting CBL into my daily schedule. The latest I can workout is around 1:30-3 because I have obligations where I can’t eat from 330-6ish. How do I incorporate CBL during this time? Can i start eating my carbs after my workout at 3 or is that to early?

    I’d wait until after 6 for the carbs.

    The eyes can't see what the mind doesn't understand.
