flavored water ideas?!

    Well so far I am sucking at this whole CNS stuff. I just read a bunch of stuff that basically says to stay away from copious amounts of aspartame and ace k. Which since I drink about 1 ultra zero monster a day and add in crystal light to almost all my water that would put me in blatant violation of that rule. SO now that I have identified a problem time for a solution. Does anyone have any creative ULC Friendly ways to add some flavor to your water without adding sugar alcohols or carbs? (for reasons that I will never be able to understand I just straight up do not like the taste of water…any water….never have.)

    aspartame is fine, and ace-K is probably fine for most people, but that is one thing you can adjust if you are stalling.

    Its been about 3 or 4 days of ulc and lifting since I went outside 30g carbs on the weekend since then zero change in weight. To may that is a stall but then again I am new to this and I could just not be giving it enough time.

    I like to use lemon/lime or cucumber in my shaker bottle and refill throughout the day. If you're one of those guys that likes to carry the huge gallon jugs, lemon seeds are heavy and stay at the bottom when you drink.Cucumber has a great taste though. http://www.nutrientburn.com/articles/better-water-now/

    Since you were buying drinks anyway, try some sparkling water or mineral waters.  Some good flavors to help change things up.

    just my two cents, it could be that you're eating too much on your ULC days. just because you're ULC doesn't mean you're going to magically drop weight, you still need to be eating at some sort of a deficit or else all you're going to do is drop the water weight that the carbs were holding. an ultra zero monster (which are awesome by the way) is probably one of the most negligible things to look at. I mean yeah that could be stalling you but you could just as easily be making a mistake somewhere else.

    This is a typical day TOTAL:2,070 carbs 11g fat 138g protein 172g sugar 1g fiber 4g
