It looked like this is where the post should go, but I won't be surprised if I'm wrong.Secondly, I know there's a lot of 5/3/1 spreadsheets out there already, and it's largely unnecessary to add anymore to the pile.With that being said, I made this spreadsheet because most of the ones I've seen have been built over multiple tabs for cycle incrementation. This meant that after enough cycles were completed, you would need to re-calculate your lift parameters and start the process over.While that method certainly works, it seemed like the implementation of a simple set of macros and a few buttons would make the operation a bit more compact. Everything on this spreadsheet is housed in two main sheets. One to gather all of your stats, the other one is an infinitely progressing interval/cycle log. All you need to do is click the "move backward" or "move forward" buttons to progress (or regress) your 5/3/1 protocol.The format is based primarily on the boring but big (BBB) method, so there is a primary lift, a secondary lift, and two accessory exercises (I always preferred to have two rather than one).Everything can be modified:1.) The main exercises you choose to do, and in what order they fall in your weekly cycle.2.) Option to use your estimated 1RM or 90% of your estimated 1RM.3.) Your main assistance lift, and your accessory exercises.4.) The number of sets, reps, and intensity for each exercise as it correlates to what interval you're on within each cycle.I tried to make sure everything was clearly labeled, and I didn't see any glitches before I started typing all this up, so hopefully there aren't any major bugs. If there are, please let me know, and I'll gladly fix them and re-upload the file.If you receive a security warning when you try to open this in OpenOffice, don't be alarmed. I created this spreadsheet, and once I closed it and re-opened it, I got a security warning for it as well. The only thing the macros do is modify numbers within the spreadsheet. If the macros don't run for you, you'll have to change your OpenOffice security settings for macros, and then restart the program.*EDIT: Added in a "current" column for secondary lifts on the setup page (like it is with the accessory lifts) so that you can see what the weight of the secondary lifts will be for your current interval.*Edit: Seemed silly to not have your current cycle/interval info also available on the setup page. Also, decided to put the move forward/move backward buttons on the setup page so you can see all the numbers progressing from either setup or 531. Also cleaned up the calculations because the "current" column for accessory lifts in the setup page wasn't reflecting the intensity percentages from the intensity parameters table.

wyrsekMemberOut of curiosity, has anyone tried using this with microsoft excel?If so, did it work?And on a side note, if anyone has another workout protocol that they'd like to see a spreadsheet made for, just let me know.
