    Keifer has suggested many times not to do protein shakes as meal replacement. Try to get it from whole foods. If your eating eggs make sure they are fried in butter, or paired with a fatty meat. I eat a ton of veggies while im ulc. you just have to be mindful of which ones you can eat an abundance of. Just the other day for dinner I had a 1/2lb bacon 3/4lb beef and 3/4lb of cucumber for example. Cucumber, celery, baby leaf greens are good to help you stay full. Eat bacon, beef, salmon, eggs, jerky, or lean meat fried/coated  in butter.
