I eat a ton of veggies while im ulc. you just have to be mindful of which ones you can eat an abundance of. Just the other day for dinner I had a 1/2lb bacon 3/4lb beef and 3/4lb of cucumber for example. Cucumber, celery, baby leaf greens are good to help you stay full. Eat bacon, beef, salmon, eggs, jerky, or lean meat fried/coated in butter.
