Hello all, names Dan WenzelLong story short(end) ... in April 2011 I was 20 years old, 310 pounds, depressed, tired, and a 6 year, pack a day smokerShortly after starting community college I managed to drop the cigs, start working out and eating a low fat ,healthy carb (if there is such thing) diet. Primarily eating chicken breast, whole egg omelettes for dinner, lean turkey and lean steak, along with immeasurable amounts of fruit , veggies, and especially fresh pineapple, I lost 130 pounds in 1.5 years.I now manage at the gym I did this at, and 6 months have gone by since I did this.In my attempts to reach the ever hard to reach mid to low single digit body fat %'s, I heard about a nutritional ketosis diet, and have done it for about 3 months, gaining 10pounds or so, most of which seems to b muscle mass according to measurements and pictures, Heard about CNS 3 weeks ago and just did my second carb night last night, weight has remained at 188 since I started two weeks agoHave read both books and All of kiefers nutrition blog posts, as Well as his YouTube episodes.I follow medium protein ultra low carb and somewhere around medium dietary fat ( mostly from mct oil, coconut oil, animal meats and eggs, and HWC) for my ULC nights.A mainly low fat carb night last night has me feeling amazing the day after and am eager to learn more as I go and from you all on here.If anyone would like to comment on my sample ulc nights and the last two carb nights to give me some advice I can post it here or will do it in a better spot.. So I guess I'll end with a ? Of where to post my food info I'm currently doing... Thanks!
