Hi All,I was having issues with Shockwave on my phone and to be honest I wasn't into the PSR sets (1rm). I am not comfortable at this point in time so I opted to try another app that the man from gainfitness.com informed me about. It's the basic GAIN Fitness Strength Training app. Is anyone familiar with this app? I tried it today and really enjoyed it. I put my information into the system to workout 4 days/week for 35-40 min and for muscle growth (NOT fat loss). The reps were around 15 but the sets were only 2, the odd one was 3.I'd like to give it a shot as I didn't have to think too much on my lunch hour. I just did the workouts and had my PW shake and feel great.Thoughts?
PSR (1rm)? the PSR sets aren't a 1rm, maybe you hadn't been doing shockwave correctly. its really confusing at first.
