I am on my second week of CBL. I did the 10 day prep phase as well. I keep my insuline low and carbs under 30 during the day. However, I am noticing that the mornIng after a big backload, I can gain as much as 3 pounds! Granted I don't look soft but still… That just seems like a lot of weight. At this rate I will gain like 50lbs in a month… Is this just water weight that will go away once I have a off day or am I putting on chunck? I keep reading on this forum, that the bigger the backload the better results... But I am trying to do the SA version and don't really want to gain weight. Anyone else not do well with big backloads? Any thoughts? Is there a better time to weigh on this diet?Btw, I am doing the shockwave workouts and am doing really heavy...Thanks
