I've just started CNS but have done ultra low carb (under 25gm per day) on and off for years. This last time I've been doing it since June 24th. I don't find nuts to be particularly low carb, but then they're a trigger food for me and 1 oz is so nothing as far as 'filling/satisfying'. That, combined with the fat count, keeps me away from them. Not enough bang to make the fat count worth it IMO.
