    If I do a GVT program do you think I could get away with a modified CN instead of 3 nights of CBL?  I thought if I do a CBL on Tuesday night and do more of a CN on Saturday?  Would this support this type of training? Thanks

    If I do a modified CN then would I do my usual CN or would, like on my CBL night have to make sure I don't go over a certain amount of carbs?  Usually my CN is all out and I have had no problem in doing this, but because I am now going to add the CBL at 100 grams of carbs does that make my CN look different?

    Sounds to me like the reason you are doing this is so you can binge when you eat carbs.  You need to learn how to eat carbs.  You will likely need to keep both of your CNS on the small side.
