i hate sleep.. wish it wasn't so important.. got so much i want to do in a day..
I hear ya. The only reason I like sleep is because I feel like shit if I don't get enough.
i'd sleep for only 4 hours a day if it wasn't so bad for you to do so..
I think Dave Asprey did this for a couple years or so and rocked it. I don't think he was working out at the time though(or if so, it was minimally) which can definitely help in decreasing sleep needs. Of course, I'm pretty sure he was using thousands of dollars worth of equipment too ::)
