    Ive been on vacation the past two weeks, and have been having carbs every day, however all of these are backloaded.  I was lifting hard 5x per week,and put on about 7 lbs (probably water).    Previously I was having 3 bl per week (18% B.F.), and I have to cut down to 14-15% by september.  Any suggestions on how to do it.

    Try CNS with moderate training like SW.
