Getting below 13% bodyfat

    Hi people,

    For some reason, I never have much trouble getting down to 13% or so, but when I want to get beyond that, I get extremely hungry and have a lot of trouble (read: fail) to stick to the diet. I did get down to 13% this time using a traditional ‘x kcal a day’ approach. I did not have a crazy deficit at all so that is not it (was losing around 0,5lbs a week for 10 weeks). What am I doing wrong? Would CBL help with this? I tried CBL in the past and had the same issue (getting below 13%). Any help would be appreciated.
