    My name is Robb, I compete in powerlifting and also compete in bodybuilding. Preparing for a meet in November while dropping bodyfat to get back to the 198lb class. This will be my first geared meet, my best RAW lifts are:Squat 600Bench 365Deadlift 551@198lbsGetting all my ducks in a row so come the start of my meet prep monday.

    Exactly, just trying to figure out the proper amount of carbs for my backload, I wont count per say but guestimate, thinking 500g would be a good start

    Hey Robb, good to see you here (always follow your other logs). I think for you will find yourself going over 500 once you get into it.
