    hey guys, can anybody simply list for me the kind of supps theyre using for your daily routines on cbl? (brand and type please!) thanks!

    Do you not own the book? Throughout the forums are labeled items to be used while on CBL or CNS. However not really near a computer to give you those links but:Whey IsolateDextroseFish OilsCreatineLeucineThis stuff is good for a cheaper way for a PWO Shake and fish oils with each meal.

    I do own and have read the book and I feel like an idiot asking cuz I keep getting that same response lol. I pretty much know what types of supps to get but lack the knowledge of which brands to choose for optimum results

    I think you're over analyzing here. Just go for what's cheap and convenient for you. Get started and you can refine things later.

    I'm sure I am, I tend to do that with just about everything I do haha.. Im currently using ON whey and casein powders, Im not sure if I'm able to take them in the early part of the day do to the added bcaa's they contain..

    No keep that type of protein for the PWO Shake and after training. Remember do the Prep.
