Getting tested for Gluten and dairy.

    Probably a doctors office to get labs done, bur you can do it at home. Go a ULC for a week then.have something full of gluten, if you begin to feel bloated/horrible most likely gluten intolerant. Samething for dairy. However you can get tested at a GI clinic for gluten

    Yep.Most of the tests aren't that reliable and only pick up severe things, sometimes not even that.ULC for a week have pasta and white bread, if you bloat and feel like crap don't do it, have pastries the next week as you might be able to handle them, if not then you know, then dairy products the last week.

    Thanks.My mother has cealic, and autoimmune diseases run in my family.I did feel bloated after prep phase. So there is a good chance im intolerant. But I already knew I was susceptible, and am wary of the placebo effect.It would just be be nice to know for certain one way or another.
