jacksonMemberNot sure if this is the right place to put this or not but I really need some advice. The short run down of my situation, Ive been dealing with injuries on and off for about two years now so my training has sucked and progress is shit, Im one of the usual "skinny fat" guys. First injury was damage to costo vertabral joint and torn rhomboid, the next was osteitis pubis (which is finally gone), SIJ disfunction and last which I have been dealing with for 4 months was a shoulder injury. Which is apparently a "minor" tear where the bicep inserts. Now my rhomboid still gives me minor issues, but my shoulder is starting to annoy me for the past 4 months Ive been going to a physio every 2-3 weeks doing everything I can to help it heel. I got cleared to train and everything was going fine for a month then I did an EASY incline pushup and my shoulder tweaked granted no where near as bad as I originally did it but tweaked non the less. So, I used to be GH deficient but in Australia you cant really get any treatment for it, my body kind of cycled in and out of this and then I just gave up getting the blood test checks because unless I wanted to pay 350 to the Dr for 3 days worth of GH I wasnt going to be getting any.Now Im starting to think I might get some benefit from running GH peps but Im going to be honest I dont know a lot about them, just the general stuff, makes your body produce more of its own GH and doesnt really down regulate your bodies own production once you come off.Does anyone have any experience with these peps, do you think they culd help in heeling up my shoulder injury, any other info or advice? At the moment I dont care about the effects it will have on my physique, I just want to be able to do things again, its been a long time since Ive been able to play with my nieces and nephews, go for a surf, rock climb, play squash or pretty much anything besides walking and some rehab/weights.Thanks

MikehrMemberA few of my friends have run GHRP-6 and 2 with decent results but always along side test so I am not sure what would be the results without. How old are you? Honestly straight HGH would be the way to go it seems, it will do wonders for your joints, bone mass/strength and help build the muscles around the injuries

jacksonMemberThanks, I have heard deca is pretty good for injury recovery but I was always under the impression increased GH would be better? but honestly I never expected to use anything so I dont know much about it.Im 28, I would love to go with the GH but its damn expensive it was going to cost me $2k to run a sub optimal dose for a sub optimal time, only 2IU/day for 5.5 weeks, from memory.

lewism6MemberYou would be better placed asking this question on a different forum where peptide “experts” post. Not sure if I'm allowed to name them.My 2 pence:Australia- very hard to get any special supps there but HGH is probably much cheaper on the black market than the pharma grade your doc would be offering you so maybe look into that. Most bang for your buck for a ghrp is ghrp2. Ghrp6 doesn't give as high a gh pulse plus it makes you very hungry. Look into a ghrh such as cjc without dac or mod Grf-1 to take with ghrp2. Think of it as 2+2=5 in terms of effects and cost.I would try the above peptides and see how you get on. They are Relatively inexpensive so give it a shot excuse the pun! (Well cheap in uk anyway). I've read you may be able to get equivalent of 2iu of growth from ghrh/ghrp useage. For the specific shoulder injury maybe look into the peptide tb4 or tb500. Some good success stories on forums. Regarding deca there is a lot of bro science with it helping injuries. google it more but I think it just cushions joints from water retention but it does increase collagen synthesis (good for connective tissue). Hope it helps.

Yeah great advice here and i agree about deca just bloats you like a whale so the hydration helps your joints a bit but I wouldnt say it helps heal at all.Head over to elitefitness or steroidforums.com those guys know a lot more

dudsyMemberIm currently running some GHRP-2 along with Mod-grf. at 2x100mcg/day to try and speed up my recovery from a pec tear i did around a month ago. As far as the pec tear goes its hard to tell if its working. Im following a physio's rehab plan so i havent really tested it yet. I DO know that when i train, all the niggling injuries i get from training disappear within a day (as opposed to days before). I am also getting leaner, but i started CN roughly the same time so again, hard to tell how much difference the peps make. There is another pep which gets some pretty good reviews for injury rehab called Thymosin Beta-4, also called TB500. There are plenty of people who swear by them, and for the price they are relatively cheap and probably worth a try. They are easily obtained in Australia and legal to.

jacksonMemberIm at dats site but it keeps getting hacked and put offline. Also thanks to this football scandal in Australia, peptides are now illegal to be sold inside of Aus.

I've tried some peps like cjc/ghrp6/hgh frag/ipamorelin... and thought it was pure bullshit. Its getting harder to actually get legit research chems and sometimes they cost as much as the sauce or even the tropins. Just my 2 cents

Wow, does no one just eat and lift anymore? Not talking about you specifically BigR, but it seems a lot of "average" joes who arent competing or making a living off bodybuilding etc do quite a lot more than eat, lift and maybe take some benign supplements.

no your right glitch... i got big just eating and lifting but once i got on a different level of training and superior strength, i started trying stuff like that. The problem is the mainstream of information out there... people assume that's what they have to do to look good but that's really not the case. 80% of it is hard ass work while the remaining 20% is little tricks and diet things that only HELP what you are already doing correctly.
