Are you serious about the t-levels? I tend to do the best with girls when I skip shaving for a day and get a 5 o'clock show. Most girls love that. To be honest though I prefer clean shaven myself. If don't shave for a week I turn into santa clause and I can't handle the itchiness.I don't know who the Pattersons are.

Nah, just joking.I didn't shave all summer and I had a mohawk with shaved sides, it was pretty awesome but I had to change it so I'm growing my hair out and no-shave November drove me nuts because of the clash.Check out Duck Dynasty sometime.

I only have dextrose, and people have been saying that dextrose can cause extreme blood sugar swings during the workout, so I figure something else to slow down digestion might be helpful. I'm thinking 2-cups of skim with a scoop of hydrolysate-isolate mix and 30-50g dextrose and start sipping it(maybe even down it) right after my warm up. I can mix it with water if thats better. Thoughts?

I have a rock of a stomach. Once downed a quart of milk no problem after an all-you-can-eat/drink sushi buffet and a night of drinking.

I was thinking if I had it at the start, it would slowly leak the dextrose in starting within 15-30 mins of consumption, before which I could rely on my current glycogen stores, but I'll just nix the milk if it's a shitty option.

If milk wasn't so slowly digested it would be great option because it so rich in electrolytes and minerals.

The coconut oil before your workout is kind of overkill before your workout. If your full backloading, I can understand why you do it to hit your macros, but the fat from the coconut oil isn't going to get into you blood stream quick enough (other than the MCT oil). This is stop the intra-workout shake from really serving the purpose. I have to disagree with you about the quality of Anaconda compared to making your own. I use to do your exact intra-workout shake PWO, and my recovery was really hit or miss. Now I have no problems recovering. I can tell you that if I get my peri-workout nutrition perfect I can do a 2 hour leg session at 100% intensity and feel fine the next day. I workout at 5-6 pm so I always get in my pre-workout carbs. Its the right ratio of fat/protein/carbs to not make me bloated, and give me energy for a long workout.The only time that I have shitty carbs are after a legs day that has 20+ sets. Rice and sweet potatoes are staples.
Interesting what you said about the coconut oil. I guess I see your point, no reason for it if I am consuming my intra shake during my training. I tried pre-w/out carbs (1/2 cup oats, 1tbsp natural peanut butter, 20g iso) and didn't notice much of a difference in my recovery or training energy. Once I even went kinda hypo (hit bad bad traffic on the way to the gym so my timing was off). That is incredible that you can hit legs for 2hrs and feel fine. Wow! Thats all I can say, wow! I never go over 1hr 15 minutes myself and usually hit about 16-18 sets. When you did my same intra-workout did you use it intra or post? I just can't see that anaconda is superior from what I've read. HBCD are about 150,000 molecular weight and vitargo is 450,000 so its osmolity is even lower and gastric emptying is even faster. And pepto pro has supposedly the highest percentage of di and tri peptides available (average molecular weight is 300 daltons, most other casein hydro's are around 1000-1300). What are is your height, weight, BF? I will be buying a program of Meadows after Christmas, I can't wait. SOunds like you are getting incredible results. THinking of doing any competitions or shows?
