ugh so I shouldn't eat peanuts/walnuts/almonds during the day? right now a normal day for me is waking up at 6am, I have coffee at 8am(I don't have it right after I wake up because I can get it for free when I get to work), then at around 9:30/10:30am I usually eat a handfull of either peanuts, walnuts or almonds, then I have lunch at 12pm which consists of spinach or asparagus, cottage cheese and some kind of meat or fish. At around 4:30pm I start training and I'm usually done by 6:30pm, that's when I have a whey isolate shake with powdered coffee(I think the packet is 2grams) and then I eat dinner at around 8:00/8:30, eating pretty much everything except highly processed foods and low glycemic foods. I've noticed that I've gained a bit of fat in my gut, I was a bit leaner before I started adding nuts everyday, should I replace them with something else? I just need something to eat before I eat lunch. Thanks for the help!
