In both CN & CBL the guidelines outline replacing glycogen levels utilizing both protocols.Just wondering if there is a method to determine how to determine if your glycogen levels are full, over-filled or need topping up?Thanks,

These are all n=1, i dont think there is any full proof way to determine the level of glycogen repletion/depletion.Depleted: Probably going to look flat, and if really depleted I notice a slight decrease in maximal strength.Full: Very strong, high energy, looking tighter/waist stays the same.Spill over: Big, but soft. Strong. Slight increase in waist measurement.

? the citation?I just remember it being a chart in the book... He has it split up for SA & DB.It doesn't give specific numbers either... just guidelines like 1 carb rich meal, 2 carb rich meals, or 2 carb rich meals and a dessert.
