Good news put up 2lbs this week look bigger and still lean but the bad news I've stayed the same I havnt gt leaner and have had dry skin am breaking out abit, but overall am quite happy bodywise.I just hope my skin improves, lastly any tips on getting leaner normal meal plan.Start the day with greentea 2hours wait them wld hve a protien shake after egg whites with veg then workout followed by protien shake either pasta or rice(white) with a chicken sauce then pancakes or pastrys but thts my diet. I get all my protien in and I would say have a moderate amount of carbs, enough to fill me up and keep me strong the following day.

Definitely need more dietary fats in there, ESPECIALLY during the low carb part of the day. Personally I would add in some form of pure fat like heavy whipping cream or even better, coconut oil, to your morning green tea (you don't have to put it IN the green tea lol)And definitely add some animal fats to that first meal. Protein shakes may cause early insulin spikes which defeats CBL. I'd keep the fat in the eggs and add bacon or cheese to that meal to get more fat in your diet.

Pasta isn't recommended so I'd stick to rice.

Regarding your skin breakouts, have you tried eliminating all food sources containing any diary products? I've seen and personally experienced great results with that simple change. The theory behind it is that the lactose in dairy is very good at feeding the yeast that resides in your sebaceous glands which in turn makes the gland produce more oil and result in breakouts. Eliminating the dairy (and the resulting lactose) seems to be an effective remedy for many.
