Yikes! Did you catch the serving size? 3/4 cup!! 6 servings per pound.My uneducated reaction is that I prefer to have have the separate ingredients and mix and match as needed. And, I'd rather get my carbs from food, I think. Carbs from food is easy. I'm finding it hard to get all my protein from food, so I do like to supplement that.
Be careful if you are sensitive to gluten. The glutamine peptides are wheat-based. I had some protein that had glutamine peptides from wheat and it would always upset my stomach after drinking it. Just a heads up…
