I take EGCG and Green Coffee Bean. I've been on Green Tea for years, but I cannot comment on fat loss w/ it (never logged it for that purpose, or noticed anything drastic specifically due to it). As for Green Coffee Bean Ext., I take 200mg twice a day (ea. dose standardized to 50% polyphenols, 45% chlorogenic acids, 10% 5-caffeoylquinic acid), and have noticed no additional fat loss since supp'ing it.It just, apparently, has other benefits for health. I take it for spectrum benefits, not just fat loss.Cory
