Been lurking and learning for a while. I have been wanting to get active on the forum and just needed to start so this is it. My wife and I have started CNS and are looking forward to our first carb nite soon.I heard about Kiefer in a round about way. We were listening to a podcast by eplifefit and Jim Laird was a guest. He was talking about his ideas and so forth and mentioned a seminar he is doing this May. That interested my wife so we did some research and found out Kiefer is going to be there to present. That started me looking into what Kiefer has done. I have since bought the books, read them, watched videos on youtube, read a bunch of the forums, etc. What I am most excited about other than leaning out is going to this seminar and meeting/listening to Kiefer. I look forward to chatting with everyone and being a part of the forum.Thanks,Dustin
Welcome to posting on the forums and getting active. 😉 There are a lot of smart and helpful ppl on here to help you on your journey, but I am sure you already know this due to your “lurking.” lol Don't be afraid to post things, b/c lord knows I have posted any and every little question I have had and have never once been told my inquiries were stupid or what not. It is a really good atmosphere on here and you will learn a lot.That sounds like a great oppurtunity to meet and listen to him in person. Please share any unique takeaways with us all on here.Don't know how much future help I will be b/c I am a Carb Backloading Density Bulker (man that sounds mean)but I just thought I would give you a good welcome to posting.-Z
