Hello all. I stumbled upon CBL when I was browsing through some hodge twins videos. Anyways, it immediately sparked my interest so I bought the book and here I am super stoked! I have been eating/training this way (almost) for years, it just feels natural to me. There is obviously many things i was doing wrong that I learned from the book though!I'm currently deployed and I figure what a perfect time to get jacked up before I head back to the states. Anyways before I rant on too much: Here are my starting stats: 5'10, 203 lbs. I'm posting a before pic. I'm guessing I'm around 18-20% BF not sure maybe more. I have calipers on the way.I work extremely long hours and will be doing a late nigh training version. Just finished the 10 day prep phase and had my first back load last night. I woke up feeling tight/great 🙂
Welcome to DH sir!What branch are you in? Also thank you for serving. I won't ask what base you're at but I've been there as well, along with various other places.

Yes sir I can, I've done all that and worked with all branches while my year there. Best of luck. If you need options or advice on anything feel free to ask. I know it could be difficult if you have allergies to certain foods found in the chow hall.Also Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Welcome Welcome! If you haven't yet, start poking around in people's logs. That will provide a lot of information on things that have changed since CBL came out along with some great people to help give you advice – Tex being one of them!!
