Guess the BF%

Thought this would make a good addition to the forum! Feel free to post photos here for others to guestimate your body fat. Here's a photo I took today. Any guesses?

19%-ish, is my guess, but I wouldn't see it being higher than 20%.  Perhaps between the two somewhere.  🙂Cory

I would say around 20%, but I really don't have an eye for female bodyfat levels.

Personally Fairy I prefer a girl that looks just as you do. I don't find super ripped girls very sexy, athletic yes, but sexy no. A little smoothness and softness with just enough shape is sssexy.

Probably 10-12percent? hard to say cause your probably holding some water here.

Ah k, i feel more water bloated then ever now with CNS probs coZ drinking to much water, or maybe its me looking "flat" been a while since i smashed some carbs

Yeah, I would say 12-13% (total guess 😉 ).Do CBL SA, train hard, and put some muscle on. The fat will sort itself out.

Thanks to everyone who had a go at guesstimating my BF%! Shokat & WhereIsMyBacon, regarding your comments – thank you, yes it has occurred to me that my current BF% is probably the healthiest & most fertile as it is now.I'm not sure if this is a myth: "Your body needs to have at least 22% body fat on it in order for your menstrual cycle to remain normal." But I've read it in a few places. Some days I feel very happy about how my body looks, and other days not so much. It would be nice to get it to a point where it just constantly looked great 🙂So yeah. It's an ongoing debate for me.

I think the lowest that a female can go, and remain fertile, would be 18%.  From what I've read before.You look ~18-19% to me, right now.  At most 20%... but that might be a stretch.I guess, find a look you want to obtain, with measurements you want, and go for that.  Get a clear, concise 'goal' body to shoot for.  😉You gotta have a vision.  😉Cory
